As you are completing this survey, please keep in mind that, assuming you renew your handbook membership, this is the last questionnaire you will ever have to complete and the last handbook you will ever have to update!

ERC Member Pricing: The total for the first year is $2,250.00 This includes preparation of the initial handbook based on the answers provided from the questionnaire, one set of revisions to the handbook (assuming the requested revisions are within 3 months of receipt of the initial handbook), and the first 12 months of revisions necessary due to changes in Ohio and/or Federal law starting from the date that you receive your initial handbook draft. The ongoing cost for maintaining your digital, legally up to date, fully customized handbook is only $375.00 per year. Should you choose not to renew, you will no longer receive updates to your handbook and your access to the online handbook will be revoked. However, if at any point in time you wish to re-subscribe you are welcome to for a re-entry fee of $1,000.00 plus the annual maintenance fee of $375.00 An organization wishing to purchase the Employee Handbook Service must be a member of ERC.
